Orders We accept all Canadian, US and International orders. Payment options are as follows: Credit Card payments made through PayPal, International Money orders or bank draft. All orders will be shipped same day upon receipt of payment. We will ship all next day Xpresspost orders placed before 11:00AM EST on the same business day (Mon-Fri). If we cannot ship your next day Xpresspost order on the same day we will contact and advise you. All orders placed after the cut off time will be shipped the next business day. Other shipping methods may ship out the next business day, we will make every attempt to ship the same business day. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. We will not refund shipping charges for any returned orders. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. Special ordered items that have to be imported may be subject to added customs charges. (any added charges will be disclosed up front). US & International Shipments You may be charged customs fees, handling fees or taxes in your state or country. We can not foresee such charges and are not held responsible for these fees. Air Mail, Courier ground, and International shipments have no service time guaranty and sometimes may take much longer than expected. Damages Do not sign or accept any packages that look like they have significant damage. Returns Please Call or Email us for return authorization prior to returning any
merchandise. Merchandise must be returned with in 30 days of receiving goods.
Items must be in original packaging, unchanged and in resalable condition in order to
receive store credit.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non special ordered items returned. All approved returns must be shipped to: Applicable Tax(s)
